The Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) in Bakery and Pastry Arts, offered by ASKIHMCA Bangalore, is a pioneering program in India. It is the first and only bachelor's degree course in this field, providing students with the opportunity to become a Master Pastry Chef with advanced pastry skills. The three-year course is open to students who have completed 10+2, PUC or A Level. The curriculum emphasizes hands-on practical training, complemented by six months of industrial exposure in the bakery departments of top hotels in India and abroad.
